Edelbrock's new Performer and Performer RPM AMC cylinder heads provide out-of-the-box performance. They are a direct bolt-on head for 1966-91 AMC/Jeep 343, 360, 390 and 401 c.i.d. engines. Performer heads offer street-legal performance while the Performer RPM heads are designed for non-emission vehicles. These heads are a perfect match for Edelbrock’s performance intake manifolds. Using stock-style pistons, the new heads provide about a 9.5:1 compression ratio in a 401 c.i.d. engine. All Edelbrock street performance heads are sold individually and available bare or complete and assembled with stainless steel valves, seals, guides, springs and retainers.
