This is my jeep BlueJ. It's a 2001 TJ Sport, bought for the trails. I took it on a Jamboree only 7 days off the dealer's lot, not even paid for yet, and I was hooked. It's grown quite a bit since then, and still getting better, with:

4.0 L Five-Speed
D44 rear with 4.56 gears and a Detroit Locker
D30 front with 4.56 gears and a Lock-Right
35 x 13.5 BFG Krawlers on 15x8 Cragar steel wheels
(replaced 33x10.5 BFG Mud-Terrains, which were great!)
4" Full Traction Suspension + 1.25" JKS Body lifts
JKS Swaybar Quick Disconnects
Steering Box, Engine, and Gas Tank skids from Skid Row
Front diff skid from FourXDoctor
Rocker Panels from FourXDoctor
Recessed LED Tail lights and Reverse lights
CB with Firestick antenna
PowerTank CO2 Inflation system
Safari doors and Rock Crusher Acoustic Header (not in the winter, though)
High-Lift mounted on the Roll Cage
14' Trailer for towing to the parks

Bought but not put on yet (too cold!):
AA SYE with Tera UCA's and DS
Rear Diff Skid, Skid Row Control Arm Skids
3/4" Coil Spacers
33 Engineering Low Profile T-Case SKid
New Speedometer gear
Extended Front Brake Lines
Membership stickers for Delaware Jeep Association and Blue Mountain Jeep Alliance

Then will come:
Poison Spyder front Trail Stinger bumper
Warm winch
Tuffy Tool Drawer with Olympic Mountaineer Rack above it
Trail cage
and lots lots more Very Happy

Here is a picture or two:

Here's an update, based on modifications made in quadna71's garage this last weekend:

Additional items now on the jeep:

Advance Adapters SYE Short Shaft Fixed Yoke
Tera CV driveshaft
Tera Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arms
Speedometer Gear
Tera one-inch coil spacers
Rubicon Express braided stainless steel brake lines (front)
33 Engineering T-case Skid Plate
Rear Differential D44 skid plate

Still needed:

Re-install front driveshaft (we came up a couple of bolts short)
New Tie Rod (need alignment but rod is bent to much)

Here are some pictures:

T-case with short shaft and CV driveshaft

low profile t-case skid plate

more pictures are here: http://www.delawareja.com/gallery/albuo06?&page=1

Hi! Once I do some wheeling, I'll post a review of the 33 Engineering t-case skid. It was $299 from Off Road Toy Store, but I wouldn't recommend them. I ordered it early November, and it arrived mid-January. More important, I called numerous times and each time was told that they'd go out "later this week". I wouldn't have minded so much if they just said it wasn't ready. They screwed up my body lift order also, so thay're 0 for 2. Not sure if I'll give them another chance.

The low profile skid requires at least a 1" body lift. I have 1.25" JKS body lift and 1" M.O.R.E. motor mount lift, and it's still a tight squeeze. Everything seems to fit and work, so I'll see on the trail if it works as well as it fits.

See you in the trails!

Good looking rig Blue. Now all we need to find you is some square headlight conversions and you'll be good to go. Laugh Smile

Krawlers are awesome tires!!! They did really well. Aside from the trees I kept hitting, the Krawlers kept BlueJ moving through all the snow. We climbed a few hills that the trail leader couldn't make it up, just for fun!

Added a couple of new goodies today and a group wrenching event: a new Trail Stinger bumper and Warn 9.5ti winch. Here's a pic:

I also had to have a replacement windshield installed. I smashed my original one last weekend at Paragon. Here's the new one:

Looks sweet!! Not sure if you saw my thread, but if you haven't done anything with your tie rod, I recommend upgrading to Rusty's Tie rod/drag link ($225ish) as it will compliment your rig very nicely!
