Very nice! You wouldn't happen to have a closer up of the tire and wheel would you? I can't make up my mind whether I want the 797 or the old 767s. By the way, I love my TrXus! I've got 10k miles on them, and besides some rock rash, they are doing great.

I'll get a couple close ups later Very Happy

You dont get "Mud Season" in Cali do you? Well I guess you get "mud slide season"

Anyway....its mud season here and it came early, usually March is one of our snowiest months where we get lots of heavy wet snow followed by warm daytime temps. This year not much snow all winter long. But what happens is you have the below freezing at night which hardens up the ground and it seems dry enough in the early am, but by 11am the surface thaws and you have 3" of mud everywhere. It's even more fun in April when the spring rains come and the frost has all melted out of the ground and the mud can get real bad.

No, not much mud here in CA - had enough of that in NM when it lasted from Jan through June. Confused
But just so you don't feel left out, I checked the weather for Sonora Pass (my shortcut to some of my favorite places) and there's still 58" of snow on the ground. Shocked

Yup, Quadratec is offering the 15x8's in a 4"BS only at the moment. I was draging my feet on ordering anything for a while. I was gonna order the 767 or rockcrawler "D" originally but liked having the money in my account better than having parts in my LR for months......so between me dragging my feet and your employment of house dad with way too much time on his hands and finding these on there site, which I wouldnt have found by myself, worked out for the best for me......

So thanks Mr. Green

Just curious, how much weight did it take to get them balanced?

All 5 took from 10 to 16 oz each shock

The mechanic I had mount them told me that normally he would send any tire that required 5oz+ to balance back to the distributor.

He is very good with tires and front end stuff and he never wants to see these again for balancing Mr. Green
