Did some cutting on Jeffs (Donzi ) SJ this weekend..

A little discussion before the cutting...

Cut this off..

From here..

Then cut some more off...

Test fit the new extended cab..

A little adjustment..

Then a little welding..

Then some more welding..

One side almost finished..

We are going to cut the rain gutter off and weld that up as well as covering the rust spot.. Just so you know..

Here is how we left it..

Who is next????

That's a sweet looking SJ, but I'm not stepping foot (or tire) in LA. I know you'll be at the state line with a sawzall and that crazed look in your eyes. Twisted Evil

Oh yeah, I guess you are going to swampy engineer some back glass or sliding window or something?

We used the rear window frame so we could pin his stock back window in to it.. .. He doesnt want a bottom but he said it would be cool to have some kind of splash gaurd... Very Happy It will work fine and it will be easily removable..

Come on you know you want flat fenders... Finger Finger

Super sweet. Oh yeah, if his SJ gets much higher you might need a taller garage. laugh Rolling Eyes

I dont think it will fit.. The garage door actually hangs inside about 2" lower than the opening you see.. And the lights are touching that...

I think the heat/humidity affects them and causes them to want to cut everything in sight. Mr. Green
