I understand all the gizmos and numbers that are in the Rubicon brochures, except for crawl ratio. I'm used to mud, where crawling can be a bad thing. Can somebody explain?

I'm pretty sure it's something like this...

gear ratio in axles X low range reduction X first gear ratio

They make a big deal over it in the Rubi brchures b/c of the 4:1 low range in the Rubi's t-case and the stock 4.10 gears in the Rubi. This is in comparison to the 2.72:1 low range and 3.73s or 3.07s found in all other 6cyl TJs.
