Raingler have free shipping too. I have a JKS 1 1/4 " body lift, does this pose a problem with fitting the Kilby skid at all?

So where's the best place to buy a Kilby?

I'd get the Warn myself and save about $75 after shipping. It'll be just as strong and still raises the tank for clearance.

Kilby

Warn

There both 3/16". The Kilby is the standard, but shoot If I can save $75 with the Warn, well thats $75 thats goes towards something else.

So whats gonna happen? Will the Kilby Skid come down in price or will the Warn go up?

Sure is...they're both 3/16". You may be thinking of Warn's engine/oil pan skid. That's thinner than the Skid Row...which appears to be the standard.

My thoughts exactly. I posted the pics of each so you could all see that there isn't much difference between the two. I prefer the Warn, one, b/c of the price...but also b/c the W cut in to it is less prominent than the Kilby.

Shocked Shocked Shocked

Those things are identical.... if I was Brad Kilby I'd be pissed and would see if there was any legal action I could take.

I still like the Kilby better for some reason. I guess because I've always wanted one. Well, maybe this will make the Kilby compete in price!

I'd put money on it that the Kilby and Warn skid come out of the same source.

Wellllllllllll............... I think I decided on the Warn Fuel Tank Skid. If I can get a wider Jeeperman front bumper then thats the way I'll go after that. I want a bumper that is at least as wide as the outside edge of the fenders.

According to Raingler.com, you can get the front bumper in 46", 54", or 60".
