Anybody know a way to relocate the mirrors on my 04 unlimited? I want to take off the doors, and I was told that because they are new mirrors (as opposed to an older style, there is not a relocation kit availiable yet. Not sure if I believe that. Let me know what you guys have heard. Thanks. C

There's a relocator available....but they're real ugly and poorly design in my opinion.

Depends where he is. Some states require them and certain areas within those states will hammer you for little things like this. Confused
Have you looked at some of the motorcycle mirrors to see if you can adapt them to slide in the upper hinge hole?

Quadratec makes a set. I was going to order them for my 04 TJ but have found out here in Texas you do not have to have the side mirrors on. Have at least one rearward looking mirror which in my case is the rearview mirror inside and you're set up.

The state driver licensing/inpection department should be able to tell you want you need or don't need.

The relocators work, but the passenger side mirror is useless unless the doors are off...with the soft doors on you can't see the mirror.

Still, they will keep you legal....
