My 2001 GC takes about 3 attempts before it starts after it has been sitting for a while. I suspect that the fuel pressure is the problem but havn't checked it (I am researching various digagnostic scanners to do the job). Has anyone heard of this problem?

Sounds like this TSB covers it, reasonably priced fix if you do it yourself, but time consuming = $$$ if you pay someone to do it.

Eventually got around to getting the fuel pump out of the tank and replacing the o-ring myself, since jeep wanted to charge me for their f@*k up. How does that work?
Anyway, It fixed the problem.
