And may I follow with a, "Happy Thanksgiving," to all as well.
Just got home from Uwharrie where the Low Country Jeep Club held it's Thanksgiving Run, the last offical run for the year. Had a blast as usual with a large Thanksgiving Dinner between the afternoon run and the night run. What a way to go trailing!
And, no serious breakage, a first I believe! We had a stock TJ manned by two Jeep salesman from the local "Stealership" with us too. I think I can say they had a ball. I know they better understand just what a real Jeep can do too, now! _________________ "T.O.W. "= Tent On Wheels.

Hey Todd, give thanks that you're with your family. No doubt there's drama of some kind. Some family secret will come out that's been hidden for years. Somebody else will say something to piss somebody else off. And no doubt Uncle Whoever will get drunk and piss in the fish tank.
As for me, I managed to once again piss everybody off by saying my trademark grace. I thanked God that none of us drive Exploders with Firestone tires. I gave thanks that turkeys aren't susceptible to mad cow disease. And I thanked the Limeys for coming over to "the new world" and killing all the natives with small pox, the flu and whatever dreaded diseases they carried. While I was there, I mentioned the Spaniards and their little jaunts into Mexico. All in all, I think I offended everybody at the table. _________________ Nothing to see here. |
