just bought a chip which is actuall a resistor that tricks the ECU into thinking that all of the air going in is colder than it really is
it goes between a sensor snd the ecu claims to add 15-20hp
have not put it on yet
does it sound to good to be true

also how hard is it to replace the mast for the power antenna

how hard is it to replace cv boot

the procedure for replacing CV boot is not that big a deal.. Break the Axle hub nut loose... Jack it up.. Take the tire off.. Take the brakes off..
The reach behind the rotor and take off the 3 12point 13mm bolts that hold the hub on... Pull the hub and the cv will come with it..
Change the boot...
If its clicking just change the whole CV they are only $89 at Pep Boys..

Power antenna mast is not super hard but it does require taking the dash apart and when I pulled mine I had to take the wheel well liner off...

The chip will make it feel like It does when you first start up in the morning ..
Not a huge difference.. The most you will notice is gas mileage will go to poop..

Yes same procedure .. There will be some kind of binding in turns. (Common with Ujointed axles.. YOu will get used to it .. And its only on sharp turns at slow speeds...

But the U jointed axles are stronger and if you break a U joint you can change it .. Where as CV's.. You tear the boot you get a new CV..

Kinda sucks...

I actually have a non power antenna on My ZJ.. I broke 4 power ant. By forgeting about them while off roading and listening to radio .. The limbs would pull them right off.... Sad

Each time I would swear I wouldnt listen to the stereo next time.. Mr. Green

rofl rofl

I bought a pull up ant. from Autozone for $15..

and I keep it pushed all the way down all the time.. Mr. Green
If I am getting really bad radio reception I pull it up about 10"
