Hi Code3,
Good looking jeep, I like the older ones and 70's.
I'm getting ready to restore my 48 with some slite changes to make in more road friendly.
Have a Merry Christmas

It still needs some work, but I like it. What all are you doing to yours as far as making it more road worthy?

Hi Code,
I just picked up a 283 complete with the bell housing, trany, transfer case, over drive and drivelines out of a 57 CJ-5.
I'm putting the drive train except the 283 in the 48. I put Rancho springs, and shocks on it. I have a V-6 coming, but not sure I want to put it in yet. This jeep is pretty stock and want to keep it that way.
Merry Christmas
Bruce
