I have a Wagoneer Limited, does that count? It's an XJ and not the big fella, but she's a wood-sided beauty!

I miss my '77 SJ Cherokee Chief (2dr). 401 4-barrel, T400. Crying or Very sad It was relatively easy to work on, plenty of power, and did pretty well with the wheelin' I do. I converted the Quadratrac TC to part time system though with warn front hub locks. That quadratrac ate up front tires and my fuel mileage went from 9 mpg to 11 right off the get go. Then I got rid of the quadrajet carb and went to the Edelbrock 600cfm AFB, and it went to a whopping 13 mpg. It would have done better, but it was hard not to want to push on the skinny pedal...just because I could. Very Happy

I still see plenty on the roads out here, but most of them are pretty trashed. I don't think your crazy for wanting one. I often wish I'd kept mine.
Sad
