A buddy of mine has Maxis Buckshot Mudders. He really likes them and he claims they do great on the trail and in the mud. Hopefully he'll chime in, but his s/n is 1fox2go if you want to PM him Wink

I think he got them for $100 a tire....pretty good if you ask me (32x11.50)

So far I love my 33x12.50 Dakota ATs from Pep Boys 99 each Mr. Green But a big fan of Good Year MTRs, they are pricey though. Look at those at Pep Boys if you have one thumbs

Here is pic of them

They do really good off road so far. thumbs

Also when you find a tire you like try http://www.tirerack.com/ I bought my goodyear MT/R off of there. I got the tires two days after I ordered them and including shipping I spent $50-$60 less then buying at the store.

Ill 2nd the PepBoys Dakota AT's. For a cheap tire they wear very well, balanced well and had good grip. I had a set on my 99Ram.....I sold then with @30k miles on them for the same price that I paid for them Mr. Green

If your thinking more on the lines of a Mud tire, give Kumho's a good look. I have never read or heard anything bad about them, just good.

few posts down from this I posted a random rave about my Kumho MTs. They are awesome in the mud and snow, which is what I was surprised at. Mine at 31s and were 85/tire on tirerack.com

Google is your friend. Find yourself a Dakota dealer and zap off an email or pick up the phone.
