| Has anyone encountered any drive line problems after installing 1-1/2 lift shackles? |

I did have the driveshaft fall out on the highway once, but I'm pretty sure thats just because the previous owner used a weak bolt to hold on the pinion yolk strap which snaped..
To answer your question, I've had no problems whatsoever with my 1.5" lift shackles.

I've got currie towbars up front and boomerangs in the back and have not experiencesd any driveline problems in the three years I have had them on. Keep them greased up though- definately get the greasable shackles. _________________ But hey, WTF do I know? I kick Hippies for fun.

Thanks for the help guys.
Can anyone tell me what the minimum lift I would need to get some 31's on my jeep? |

I have 3' shackles and they work fine cept ya do have to be careful around curves. It kinda acts like a go-cart stearing really quick to respond. I am however thinking as soon as I get build regoing I will reverse mine next time. _________________ 88 yj lifted |
