As of right now I have 3.5" of lift and some 30's that have no aggressive tread what so ever. I have been going back and forth on whether I should get 32" m/t's or 31" m/t's. If I go with 31's I won't have to buy new rims, because they will fit on mine now. But if 32's are a lot better over 31's then I will save up for some new rims. So my question is will I notice I big difference with 32's over 31's? Thanks for your opinion's.
Michael

31's and 32's should both fit on the same rim. Tires come in different rim sizes. check out www.tirerack.com to check on tire sizes.

Worst case buy some AR767's or some Craggars- they are like $40 apiece.

Like qadhafi said, how tall the tire is does not mean you need different rims. If you get extremly wide you may need to get wider rims.
I ran 33x12.50x15 BFG M/T on my stock Jeep rims.
I now have 15x12.50x15 BFG M/T on 10"x15" rims, but my spare is still on a "stock original" rim.

You probably have 15" rims. They should have a 5x4.5" bolt pattern.

The difference between 31 and 32" is only actually 1/2" in lift.
(1/2 of the lift is above the axle and 1/2 is below)
