I want to move it or remove it altogether. There's no emissions laws where I live so what if I just plugged off the three hoses? Anyone move theirs and where'd you put it?

Considering yours in an OBD1 system and you don't have an EVAP monitor running all the time, your computer is not going to care what you do with it. If it was OBD2 your Check Engine light would come on. I would throw it in the garbage if you don't want it. Its 11 years old already, chances are the filter in it is beyond dirty and probably wasn't working that well anyways. Plug the line coming from the tank and get rid of all the other stuff.

No emissions law = Good thing....
