I am going to putting a RE BB on my Unlimited in 2 weeks, however I am getting new tires before then and I am wondering if 32's would fit stock, or if I should stick with 31's. I am going to be driving 6 hours on a trip before I put on the BB, but will be installing it when I get to my final destination. Would 32's be okay for that kind of trip, with no rubbing?

Yep, they'll fit fine. I'm guessing you got the 15x8" wheels from the factory with it, so just watch the rubbing up front at full turn(this is gonna be something to address if you're keeping the OEM wheels regardless of lifted/unlifted status) but otherwise it'll be fine for the trip til you get the lift on. Guy on here drove from MD to PA with 33's on a stock suspension to do the same thing..........he's locked in a basement now so I'm his forum spokesperson rofl .

You should be fine with the 32's...on road...but will probably rub the swaybar at full turn offroad. Possible could get into the flares a little too.

Before installing my lift I rode around on 12.5 x 33's on the 15x8 Cragars wuth just a 1.25" BL. No problem as long as I didnt flex too much rofl

Here it is prelift on 33's

I just traded my 31 by 10.5s for 32 by 11.5 tires, and I did the spacer trick and all is well. I have the RE 2 BB, and 3.73 diff gears/5 speed and I was pleasantly surprized that it isnt doggy. I also kept my stock Alcoa aluminum rims.

I've ran 33" BFG MTRs on stock 2000 TJ for 4 years. I'm just now adding a suspension lift on it. You'll feel it rub the swaybar on full turn on and off the road if you don't offset the rims. I've never offsetted my rims. You'll also hear the rub in the wheel well on particularly bouncy highway roads until you wear the tires down some. Mr. Green
