If they're chromed, they're 15x7. Rubicon wheels are gonna be 16", which means you're 32x11.50x15's won't fit either...they're backspacing is gonna still be kinda tight for what ya wanna do anyways. Problem with aftermarket wheels is that the backspacing tends to shove the tires out beyond the flares, dunno if that'd be an issue for you or not. Really is a no win situation as far as a 'simple fix' goes.

The rear trackbar isn't adjustable, you're right there. You'd have to get a bracket to recenter it. Problem is that no one really makes one for a minimal lift like that. OME is the closest out there, they sell a relocation bracket for their 2.5" kits. That should work, but their kits tend to run a bit taller so it may actually do the reverse of what you want it to. Some people have used them and have had them work fine. Kinda hit or miss depending on the Jeep though.

To completely avoid any hassles, the only sure things would be to...

a: get the spacer kit and a set of wheels with around 4" of backspacing
b: keep it stock height and run the washers for the steering stops with the stock wheels
c: go with the OME suspension lift and use an adustable front control arm(much more pricey option).
Drink more Ovaltine!!!
