Hi Folks - replacing an old BMW with an original-owner, all maintenance receipts, 1998 Cherokee Classic and had a few questions. Car has 90k miles, original owner with receipts, excellent chape.

1. The drivers window keeps trying to go up or down when fully up or down - is there a check switch that should shut it off that may be malfunctioning?

2. The brakes are very grabby at the point where the car is almost fully stopped, maybe needs new pads/shoes?

3. Has no factory foglights or keyless entry - is the wiring there so both can be easily added or will I need to do some plumbing to add them?

I am buying for $4,500 - seems like a good price?

Thanks!

Sounds very good for the price! Don't know about your problems, but I have a '98 Sport, so we're basically in the same boat.

I have a 99 and the brakes do the same thing when I haven't driven it for a day or so. Worse when it has rained. I live on a hill and if I'm not gentle on the brakes the rear will lock up but after that they're fine. It only seems to be the rear.
