My friend has a 85 4 Runner and in his rear he made a triangle shaped suspension with the shocks. He welded his shock mounts on his axle and then built a bar goin from side frame to the other side frame. I havent seen that with a unibodi before and was wondering if u guys know how. It gives u a ton more fle wndering how to build it on a unibody.

Doing so also significantly diminishes the performance of your shocks. Ya know the whole outboard shock marketing that Ford was doing when they released their current style F-150? It's true. The further from the center of the vehicle, the better the shocks perform.
