I got the coils and shocks on and was looking at the left side and noticed it appeared to be easy to get to so I tried to replace the damper but cannot get it off, any suggestions? Confused

I used 2 18mm combo wrenches to get the passenger side off first. This took the pressure off the driver's side. Then I used a rubber mallot to drive the top bolt out. It took a little bit of force.
