I can't find the horn on my 2002 Jeep Cherokee Limited? Shocked

Can somebody enlighten me?

I think he means the horns themselves. They are probably hidden up around the front bumper behind plastic trim and/or splash guards.

Yeah, I'm looking for the horn itself. I looked underneath and from over top the engine but couldn't find anything even close to a horn.

Anybody know where it is?

Handy dandy tip of the week !!
First start by asking a friend to assist. Have him sit in the vehicle and honk the horn slightly, just a tap. You go around to the front and look up underneath by the plastic front bumper covers. They are mounted on a silver clip about even with the side marker lights. If you are having trouble finding them then they may have been moved by a previous owner, etc. If you here no audible horn then they are not on the vehicle anymore, or the relay/fuse has broken. The only reason I know where they are is because I had to relocate them to put on my bumper!
