Evil or Very Mad I have taken my 03' Rubicon to the dealer 3x now and this rattle keeps coming back! They told me 1st that the sway bar bushing(rear) was loose, 2nd and the 3rd time the body mounts were loose! Does anyone else have an issue with this? It seems to be worse when its cold! And it's definetly coming from the rear!Any ideas??

I have never had anything like that in my 03 Rube. But I installed a BL at @ a month old and I have had the sway disconected when I installed the lift so ive tightened that too.

When does this happen? Anything in partucular cause the event to happen?

It happens when I'm driving over bumps, cracks ect. anything that makes the jeep vibrate I guess!

This is just a suggestion, but try to wiggle the shocks. I mean really grab them and shake. If they are loose that's the problem. You can fix that with some BPE's.

My 05 Sport at times has a front end rattle as well when going over bumps/RR tracks,etc...When it gets warmer out I plan on getting underneath and checking everything out. Dealerships are a waste of my time unless it's something major.
