New Muffler!!!!
I have a flowmaster 50 series and it sounds sick. I hear the 40 series is louder but I bought the 50 from a guy who didn't like how loud it was in the cab of his car so he got the 40 and it is quieter.

I don't have an aem intake but I bought this http://rustysoffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=rustys&Product_Code=ZJAT-1&Category_Code=PER_AIR

Its cheaper and it does just about the same thing. A new muffler will make your jeep sound louder than an intake. That has been my experience since I put my intake in before my muffler. Together the two are a great investment.

By the way, what engine do you have?

True, it will only sound a little better, my buddy has an I6 in his xj with a flowmaster 40 series and it sounds a little bit better than stock, no where near my V8 though Mr. Green
