Now how do i get those out of therfe because i want to put on a tc lowering kit??

they are actually studs and threaded on both ends. Just grab a pipe wrench or vise grips and continue turning in the normal fashion.

What I did was, after the crossmember was removed, I welded the nuts onto the studs and backed them out with the impact gun. Worked like a champ.

Maybe just double-nut them and loosen the top nut with open end wrench after LOCKING it down with 2nd nut (3rd if necessary?)

Just a thought?
