im wanting to know if it is possible to switch a 93 automatic to a manual i know some of the six cylinderrs were but i dont know if it can be done with the eights. also how bad is it to run with out the front driveshaft off the jeep on the 93 full time four wheel drive transfer cases will i do any permant dmage

Yes...If I were you, I would put that driveshaft back on. The NP249 doesn't like you having that off trust me. Why did you take it off?

i had it off while i was doing the u joints buti put it back on . iwas thinking of taking it off again cause it seemed faster without it the jeep just semed to perform better without it what case can i swap to make it a 2 or 4wd will the select trac work

Yes, the selec-trac will work.

I have a write up for T case swap.. in tech section..

As far as Manual swap goes.. You will have to do alot of work to make it work..

Including New Flywheel from Dodge truck (So crank position sensor will still work..)

Clutch pedal set.. Master cylinder ..

You will have to use NV4500. and you will need new drive shafts front and rear.. New crossbrace.. and After all of that you will still have problems with the engine cause your Neutral safety switch will not be present...

As far as I know its never been done in a grand.. But I do know a guy who hast a TJ with a 5.2 (grand engine) and a NP235.. And it runs incredibly...

But thats all I know..

AX15 is 6cyl, tranny that stuff will never hold up to a V8...
