94 Wrangler2.5 lifters

I replaced the cam and lifters in my wrangler. When I torque the lifters down the engine is on TDC. Do I need to rotate the engine to TDC for each cyl, when I torque each set of lifters down???

don't know why........ just tork it and go........ it's just an engin
