Hey guys im new to this sight but not to all forums. Well i have a 98 Jeep Cherokee classic with about 65K miles. Its stock (for now Very Happy) i plan on lifting it and getting some big tires on it soon. But today i noticed while driving that there is the tiniest rattle when i accelerate. Usually i cant hear it cause of my music and the 4.0 kick ass engine Smile. but i was listening to my car today with no music and heard a small rattle. It sounded like some BB's being shaken around in a can very softly. It also seems to hapen when i drive over small potholes, bot not all the time. I dont think its comming from the engine sounds like the passenger side under the car, but who knows. If anyone has had this problem plz post and tell me what i should do! thanks alot

Sounds like it could be a loose heat deflector over the exhaust.

Crawl underneath when the car is cold and look for loose metal. If you have some loose then fasten back on. You can also grab your exhaust pipe in a couple different spots and shake it back and forth. They sometimes start to sag and vibrate again things like the crossmember.
