I have noticed that my 02 TJ runs hot when I am on the trail and going slow or crawling. I have also seen guys crack radiators and worse after the plastic crimped radiator get plugged up with mud. I have two questions. 1- Does anybody know of a place that I can get a true copper/brass radiator and 2- Has anybody installed an eletric fan and noticed a difference. Any help would be greatly apprieciated! Shocked

I just installed a 3 row CSF radiator and a flex-a-lite electric fan. I haven't had the opportunity to trail ride with it yet but I know it will cool more efficiently because the fan isn't dependant on engine RPM. It simply runs off of a thermostat which you set and can change anytime you like for whatever conditions. So far I'm pleased but I need to give it a little more time and a few more adventures! Finger

I really like my 3-row radiator.

I have a 2 row all metal rad and a taurus 2 speed fan and works great. crawling with the high speed on cools way better than stock. even at low speed it keeps it cool enough. the rad i got from a local rad shop
