03 tj sport 4.0
After about 20mph while in gear driving it vibrates very badly.
Doesn't stop until I press the clutch in or am under 20mph but then starts after 20mph.
I spun my tires a bit getting onto the freeway.. Maybe I bent the rear driveshaft?
Anything I should check? And if so how can I check it

Not likely.

Did you by chance recently lift this vehicle?

All stock..
I don't think my tires got unbalanced because it only happens when in gear.
I can be doing 65 push the clutch in and it stops vibrating until I let it out again

It's definitely not your driveshaft then as it keeps spinning even with the drivetrain disengaged.

How many miles?

I'm guessing entirely that your control arm bushings may be shot and allowing the axle to rotate upwards since your vibes are on acceleration...pooching your driveshaft angles.
