Need to replace the indicator on my 98 Grand ZG (ZJ in the US)

Owners manual says to remove the side light lens first but undoing and replacing the bottom screw on it seems very difficult

Any advice/tips?

Very skinny screw driver.. Stick it in there carefully... I rubbed vasoline on my skinny screw driver (back when mine was new and I cared..) so as not to
scratch the paint..
