seems worse on startup, quietens when warm, sounds like the fan catching on something, sort of a tic-tic-tic noise, it isnt the cam/followers, seems to be around the inlet manifold, PS/air con pumps area. Has my manifold cracked? Its dark now so I cant see until the morning

Mine has a crack in it, it's parallel to the weld in one of the 2 pipes that comes down. Right above the weld that joins the 2 and makes 1. I put liquid steel on it for now and so far so good. I'll change it when I get more time.

didnt have chance to have a look Sad Hope it isnt anything JB weld wont cure
