ok guys dont know if anyone can help me.
just got a week ago a 2004 wrangler tj with 20k miles on it.
every morning it refuses to start. with the key on the run
position none of the needled move (gas, baterry, volt etc)
however the yellow immob light, the gas light and the
check engine light do come on. in this state it wont start.
if you try it later in the day, the needles may move and
the car will start, will not howeve hold the idle.
after a few attempts and once warm it will run fine the rest
of the days EXCEPT!!! IT MAY RANDOMLY DECIDE AT 60 MPH
TO KICK, THE RPMS FALLING TO HALF AND THEN STALL.
IF YOU WAIT A BIT THE CAR STARTS AGAIN BUT PROBLEM REMAINS
ANYONE CAN SHARE OR HELP SIMILARITIES? THANX.

I READ THAT THERE IS A SELF DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM, I FOLLOWED THE
INSTRUCTIONS AND I THNK I GET A "05-00" CODE.
...When you do this you get a test of the dash functions and any error codes will display in the odometer area. These codes are 2, 3 or 4 digits.
Here is what they mean ??? WHAT DO THEY MEAN?

CAN ANYONE HELP? THANKS A LOT.
SOME ADDITIONAL COMMENTS THAT MAY HELP FOLLOW:

IT IS NOT COLD BUT IT IS FOggy AND dewey IN THE MORNINGS.
THAT MAY EXPLAIN THE 100% AFTERNOON GOOD STARTS. (I STILL HAVE THE 60 MPH STALLING MYSTERY TO SOLVE).
WHEN THE NEEDLES DONT MOVE IN THE AM I HEAR A LOT OF
CLICKING NOISES ONE CLOSE TO THE FUSE BOX, ANOTHER FROM THE ENGINE TOP. NO ALARM INSALLED, JUST THE FACTORY IMMOB. THANKS A LOT ONCE MORE.

First, don't type in all caps. IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO READ AND MAKES IT SEEM LIKE YOU ARE YELLING. Make sense???

It should still be under factory warranty. You've got 3 years or 36,000 miles. Since you just got it, did you have the warranty transferred over? There is a small fee that DC charges. If it's under warranty, take it to a dealer and let them figure it out.
