My leaf springs are so bad they actually bend the wrong way. What's the add-a-leaf thing like? Will that and new shocks do the trick? I understand that completely replacing them would be best, but I'm on a budget (my wife repeatedly reminds me) Thanks

AALs are good for a while, but the best fix is a complete replacement.

What you could do instead of the AALs is go to a junk yard and pull some leafs off another jeep. If they're in good shape it would be a better replacement then the AALs and if they're good enough, they'll last as long as the AALs.
