Just wanted to say if anybody is lookin at stereo equipment to seriously consider crutchfield. I bought my first radio off them a year ago, their install sheets make it easy to do yourself. That radio was faulty, so I called the free 24 hour tech support, he walked me through some stuff but it didnt work. Said he would send another radio. Got it 3 days later, worked like a charm. Free shipping to send the old one back. That radio got stolen out of my jeep last week pissed so I just got a new one today. Had soem problems with the install, tech support ran me though some stuff, nothing worked, sent a new radio. I found my problem (the body shop but a bolt through a speaker wire when replacing my dash from the mentioned theft, no happy with them at all) radio worked like a charm. Called crutchfield back within the hour to cancell the radio on the way, it was already on a truck to me. So they are fast, and extremely helpful. They may cost a little more, but you get the instructions and all the needed harnesses and mounting items "free" plus great support. Reccomend them to anybody. Just thought I'd let ya'll know.

I'll second Crutchfield. They have incredible customer service. I was installing an XM radio set up in my Cherokee and broke the antenna wire. I called them to inquire about ordering a new antenna, told them what I did and how I screwed up and two days later I had an entire radio, with shipping stickers for the broken unit. I'm sold.

Fourth. I pay a little extra to be sure somebody knows what they are talking about.
