I'm looking into doing a quality 2 inch lift on my 2000 cherokee and I was wondering does anyone know will teraflex revolver shackles give me any lift in the rear or are they just a nice upgrade for all you folks all ready riding high. Also for the front I want to replace coils not add spacers are there any cheap alternatives to give me that lift like different model springs or whatever

IIRC you can buy ones intented for lift, however the normal ones are made to be stock height.. could be wrong as its been a while but thats what I think.

If it is a DD/weekend warrior I would get some quality greaseableshackels and or boomorange style over the revolvers

I think they are only made in one size for the XJ ( I may be wrong) they should give you a minimal amount of lift, it shouldn't be calculated into your plan. Your best bet for a simple short lift is to add some add a leafs in the rear and some spacers in the front, coupled with some longer shocks all around, and appropriately adjusted bumpstops. This won't ride amazing, but it will give you some needed offroad clearance. HTH
