I am seeing antifreeze on my fan blades after running for awhile, seems to be coming from top tank area. Can the radiators be repaired? Do I need to just replace with aftermarket? Thanks

Is it leaking at the seam where the plastic top is crimped to the metal core? If so, just replace it. They all go bad eventually. Get a full metal aftermarket one. The 2-core from Radiatorbarn.com works great and is relatively cheap.

The top seam on my 2000 TJ started leaking after a couple of years. My local dealer replaced it under warranty; I just had to pay for the new coolant. Granted, you're still stuck with plastic top and bottom caps, but it solved the problem for another couple of years.

Been there done that.. Wink I'd almost guess that all of the plastic radiators are going to fail sooner or later.
