I want to know if somebody tell me the Pros & Cons of welding the rear diferential DANA35 for make it positraction.

It's cheap but you'll tear up the Dana 35 very fast. What do you use the jeep for?

D35s don't like being locked...especially if you're running larger than stock tires. Installing a Lincoln Locker (welding the spiders up) would be even worse. There is no differentiation from one side to the next that even something like a lunchbox locker or a full case Detroit would provide. When you make a turn, the outside tire must spin faster than the inside tire. An automatic locker will allow this to occur. A Lincoln Locker will not. Usually, you'll chirp the tires and accelerate tire wear. With a D35, I'd be worried about breaking it.

I personally think it's a bad idea on a D35 and any vehicle that's driven on the streets.

They dont call it grenading for nothing. Wink

You want the Dana35 unlocked as much as possible. I have a Super35, which is a selectable locker ARB, and I leave it unlocked as much as possible for ease of driving and so I dont pull the pin on the grenade. Very Happy
