This prototype is being shown at Moab by DCX.

JT PROTOTYPE LINKY

If you like it, please contact Chrysler through this link:

CONTACT CHRYSLER

The Gladiator was built on the TJ frame and will never be produced. This on is on the JK and might have a chance if we make enough noise. Please click on the link and tell Chrysler you want one.

I would love to see them build it.... but between the current financial drama at DC and what will probably be a limited market for one (as opposed to the compass/patriot/non-offroad family mobiles,) I'm afraid it might be quite a while before they build it. Still, I sent them my 2 cents. Wink

That's not a Gladiator. The Gladiator concept has a split cab/bed like a traditional pickup.

What you posted is a 2-door LWB with a single cab/bed. It is more indicative of an updated platform for the 2-door LWB Wrangler that was used by the Egyptian military.

Here are some links showing the TJ version. This vehicle is actually what made the Unlimited easy to bring to market. Jeep already had the LWB TJ designed, built, and tested for the Egyptian military. It was just a matter of getting it legal in the US. Of note, they were also diesel powered.

It's more a JK Scrambler than a Gladiator.

Your brilliance really shines through on this post.

But the bottom line is you win, I'm gone!
