Here you go! First result when I googled "TJ radiator swap". Radiators are very easy to change. After doing one you'll be able to change any radiator, they're pretty much all the same. Drain the fluid, unhook everything, unbolt the radiator and remove it. Then reverse procedure, refill with coolant and top off transmission fluid if necessary. Have fun!!! Cool

wow excellent thank you, i printed that out that should help me big, did u need to take off your fan too for the radiator swap?

The fan shouldn't get in the way if left in place.

The fan doesn't need to be removed, neather does the shroud. I just replaced mine and was suprised how easy it was.

i also changed my thermostat but when i poured the antifreeze in it came pouring out i have no idea what happened the gasket fits the thermostat fits makes no sense
