O.k. here it is, recently installed a new motor in my 99 jeep grand cherokee, everything worked great except the battery wouldn't hold a charge so I replaced the battery with a new one now 1. heater and ac unit on dash has no power whatsoever 2. interior lights don't work without the key being on and 3. the lights and horn don't sound with the keyless entry and 4. you can lock the doors with the motor off and the key in the ignition What the heck is going on here does anyone know?

I am guessing you swapped a stock motor for stock motor ...

DId you change computers also or ??

Did you have to change any wiring??

I would start by checking all the engine grounds and the fuse box ground...

Horn amonst other things will not work unless grounded...

Maybe thats your problem..

Any other suggestions???

Check for blown fuses, or popped relays.
Check for wiring that might be hooked up wrong or disconnected.
Check for loose or disconnected grounds.
Alarm systems can cause issues if they've been disconnected.
