For some reason it has begun a "drip drip drip" leak right where the line goes into the transmission. It looks like those quick disconnect type fitting where you push them in and they click but you need a special tool to pull them out. For some reason it popped out. (leaking about 3 qts of tranny fluid onto the driveway (D'OH) so I pushed it back in however it's still got a drip leak? How does that get fixed? JB WELD? haha kidding.

JB will fix it as long as you never ever want to take it apart again .

you will have to pop it out and inspect the fitting for cracks or just replace it .

the special tool is called a small straight blade screw driver and both your left and right hand , you might also incorporate a pair of pliers . Smile

ya there is a tool but you don't need it , just be gentle with it .

you will probably have to replace the fitting . unless you want to use some combination of red locktight , jb weld , flange sealant , and permetex II then throw silicone on it . Smile that was a joke , and why did i give away my secret recipe oh well you shall never know about diamond edition JBweld .

Haha nice recipe ya got there... I dunno I'm gonna take a closer look at it this morning now that it's all cooled down. I let the kitty litter soak up all the fluid all night so I gotta go clean all that up and then I'm gonna take a closer look at the fitting.

Alright I replaced the o-ring where it quick disconnects because it was chewed up on one side. However alas, it still leaks the same. Am I able to go into the autostore and buy that plastic clippy deal thing?
