Hmm... If you move to the upper part of TN then you are in range of lower KY... There is the Daniel Boone National Forest near me (centeral KY) which is the sort of area I love: Remote, No rules... Pretty much anything goes (including drug dealer hideouts... Bring a gun) there is rock, mud and TONS of hilly trails... Most of the enterences are not even marked... You just have to know where they are.
At exit 49 off i-75 there is supposed to be another awesome place... It is another unmarked trail going up a hill from the "49'er" gas station thats there... I have never been offroading there (been to the gas station there alot though on my way soulth to the cumberland river) but I have seen videos on youtube... Looks like mostly trails and mud pits (need lockers).

I am not sure who owns the property but it is a well known offroading place and free to get in so probably another part of the national park.... I am pretty sure that the "exit 49" part means its 49 miles from the border of tn... Not sure though.

EDIT: More info about the "49'er" area: Apparently it is part of the park and the rangers swear it will be closed to offroaders by the end of summer... Apparently that rumor has been around for awhile though.. If they actually do it I will be pissed...
Anyway... Here is the link... Look like there ARE some rocks Smile
