Ive got a 95' YJ with a 4" Rough Country and 1" shackles.
My front suspension wont move a single inch.
Would it be the sway bars or track bar?
I haven't touched those at all.

How old is the suspension? My suspension was installed this past spring with little miles put on it between then and now. Recently took it on a trail ride and now it seems to be settling in/down.

trac bar will make a little difference (i dont have any trac bars front or rear) and sway bar a lot get yourself a set of quick disconects and any time you hit the trail pop them out that is a giant limitation to your flex

Yeah should still feel stiff to you. The more you use it and not just road driving it will settle in. I've got new Leaf packs on all four corners.

Do your shackles sit like this l or like this / ? If they are to straight up and down, or close to it, flex will be limited. New or old your springs should be flexing!

Yah man. The regular on road driving is perfect. It actually rides really smooth on a smooth road. but like you said on a bump my whole front end hops in the air.
