I was talkin to the guys on mallcrawlin, and one has the teraflex lower arms, welded on some tabs and made a radius arm design long arm kit for his zj. He has the beefy arms and the big heim joints, but everything I seen online was just the plain poly bushings

anyway I was thinking maybe going that way, welding my tabs on and doing a kit similar to his. Unless of course it would be cheaper to buy the materials and do all the work myself...

the only bad thing with the TNT kit that i have heard (and i like the kit) is that under hard hits the belly pan can bend upward.i have seen one person have to strengthen it to do with his wheeling style.

the only other issue with TNT and almost every other kit out there.you have to drop the bellypan/skid to get the trans and case out.

I do not see how he did this. I slam mine hard on rocks all the time. My rig is a trail only rig and I abuse it, the pan is beefy and has good bracing.
How old was it? I wonder if they changed there design, I have had mine for about a year.

Interesting, I may need to go look at mine closer to see if I have already bent it. Mine looks the same as in the pics.

I'm aware of the kits out there and their prices but I was trying to either fab up my own long arms, or piece one together without spending 800+ dollars
