Replacing the front swaybar bushings and rods. Does anyone know the proper torque settings for this? Thanks.

Thanks for the info. By the way, this may be a really dumb quesion but is there any harm in driving the jeep without this installed? just short trips while I work on getting some rust off and re-painting the bar.

You can drive it at low speeds but watch out if somebody pulls out in front of you and you have to swerve.

Yes, like Code said take it easy and you'll be fine. I've got a buddy that rode with his front bar removed on his TJ for a couple months, before he finally ordered some new disco's. It will be a little squirrelly! Mr. Green

Thanks.
Ok so I am in the process of replacing mine on 97 TJ. Just one question...
I am assuming that the correct bushings would be very tight
around the bar when installed? The old ones looked bad and were loose around the bar. I may not have the right ones as replacements as they are also loose around the bar. Should these be able to easily slide on and off the bar?
Are there several variations of swaybar diameter sizes out there? Confused
