Pull the motor out and bench test it. Sounds like it's junk.

the wipers like to have water seap into the motor on the wiper shaft , dissasmble it , unseize it , grease it up and put it back together . only takes around 45 minutes beginning to end .

or just go buy a new one for 100-200$

it could be dead , look at the motor windings for burnt spot's or test it with a growler if you have one ,and of corse you dont have a growler and thats the only way to really test a motor , you can do it with a DMM but they don't push out much amperage and you could still get a reading .

so i would check the fuse ,then whip that sucker apart . also try putting power directly to the motor and see what it does .

ok , it has most likely seized and the plastic gears are now stripped off of it , the motor is trying to turn but the shaft wont because it is seized so the plastic gears give way and rip the teeth off .

take it apart and see whats wrong , does everything move . some kid put it together for 25 cents , you can take it apart and put it back together .

whats the worst that happens if you disassemble it , it still doesn't work .

Previous posts are probably correct. Everyone of the Jeeps I have owned eventually siezed. Take the wiper off the motor, put some vice grips on the post. I bet it won't budge. Don't force it though or you'll break the gears inside, if not siezed it will move a little back and forth. Crappy design that they never fixed in the 16 or so years they made them.
