Just sharing...

Just picked this up! This is my first Jeep and the first real car of my own...

1986 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer
Aisin AX5 Manual Trans
GM 2.8 V6

Its completely stock other than a rebuilt engine and a huge radiator along with a 7 blade cooling fan. I can't get it to run over 210 degrees Very Happy

I plan to keep posting new photos in here as I make any modifications and/or take it off roading and get into some "photo worthy" situations.

So, here it is!

My Jeep -

Currently (2008/02/22) 200,649 on the odometer... Only 30K on the rebuilt engine though.

Thanks for looking!

Any comments and/or modification ideas welcome.

I don't intend to lift this Jeep... If it were a 4.0 then sure, but with the little 2.8 V6 I don't think it would be worth much trying to get it to push anything bigger than 30 inch tires.

What do you guys think of the "no fender flair" look without a lift? The stock sized tires in this photo are 27.7". I think it might give it a slightly more aggressive look without spending money on a pointless lift.

I just photoshopped off the flairs... Give me your thoughts.

Thanks for looking.

Tim
