I put a lift on my Grand about 10 months ago. After 5-6 months I started getting a slight vibration in my front end. It was very small and I ignored it most of the time. But it picked up quickly about a month ago. The strange part is that it only happens at very specific times; 1) about 40 mph and braking(nothing when at constant speed or engine braking), 2) between 50-60 on a very bumpy road. It drives perfectly at every time other than these situations. And the vibration has to go away on its own, slowing down, speeding up, turning, etc. doesn't stop it. I brought it into a shop to have the front end checked out and they couldn't find anything loose or any other obvious issues. I replaced the steering stabilizer after the vibration grew and that greatly reduced the problem for about 2 weeks but did not solve it. And now the vibration is starting to build again. Any ideas?

Here are my vehicle specs: '98 Grand Cherokee ZJ, 4.0L, full time 4WD t-case(don't know exact model), 114K miles, 3.5 inch lift(just springs, shocks, sway bar connecters, and track bar), 31" tires, new Rancho steering stabilizer

Retighten the track bar, both ends! Even if the shop says it's tight.

Your t-case in a 249.
