Which is best? That really depends on your priorities. F.x., I drive a '93 Grand Cherokee 4.0L. Given several things, daily driver, yet capable on bad roads and tracks, reliable, space to sleep in it if neccesary, and last but not least, cheap, it is pretty much the perfect Jeep for me. Without more data it is impossible to guess which would be best for you.

As for parts availability for CJ. I don't know about the exact situation in the US, but I don't think you have to worry. The CJ had a long production run, there are still lots of them around, and many of the owners seem to be inveterate tinkerers, which should mean there being no problems about aftermarket and spare parts.

Exactly, what are you going to be using it for? Do you have kids (I'm thinking from your grammar, no)? Rock crawling? Trail riding? Daily driver? What's your mechanical aptitude. Basically, it's something you'll have to decide. As for parts for CJ's, yes, they're plentiful. The older they are, the more expensive they'll be. Also, don't plan on getting wonderful gas mileage.
